Kristen Stewart for Vanity Fair June 2012

Kristen Stewart
covers the July 2012 issue of Vanity Fair magazine.

I so enjoy her.
She is frank, she is blunt.
She calls it as she sees it,
and apologizes to no one.
She stands out in Hollywood-land for separating herself
from the all encompassing PR machine
that churns out endless drivel,
endless canned and rehearsed media quips,
instead speaking her own truth, in her own special way:

I have been criticized a lot for not looking perfect in every photograph.
I get some serious shit about it. I’m not embarrassed about it. I’m proud of it.
If I took perfect pictures all the time, the people standing in the room with me, or on the carpet, would think, What an actress! What a faker!
That thought embarrasses me so much that I look like shit in half my photos, and I don’t give a fuck.
What matters to me is that the people in the room leave and say,
‘She was cool. She had a good time. She was honest.’
I don’t care about the voracious, starving shit eaters who want to turn truth into shit.”

Take that voracious, starving shit eaters!!

It doesn't hurt that she earned more than any other
 Hollywood actress this past year.

So stunning in editorials, she is more beautiful than ever
in this shoot, in the hands of makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury.

She is so totally refreshing.
And for that, I love her.
