Do you feel like you need to do a good detox before the holiday season gets into full swing?
I do.
But with my work schedule I just can't commit to juice fasting or any extreme detoxes that can make me irritable or sick or just plain exhausted. So while googling around for some different options I cam e across this post on Byrdie.com. And I can easily do pretty much all of these!
